Polishing is an essential process before the bright dipping of the aluminium, in which we use abrasion to create a uniform appearance for all the surfaces of the pieces and profiles.
Polishing can be automatic or manual:
- We have developed our own automatic polisher which can polish and shine both sides of the profile at the same time. This is combined with a system of abrasion with special cloths and paste to obtain a finish that is both shiny and uniform.
- Manual polishing is a traditional trade that is now rarely practised. Our skilled staff are a guarantee that the pieces will be finished well, and they bring high added value to the process.
